Hello everyone, 

I have recently gone under contract on a property and was able to agree to a private loan with a family member to purchase and renovate. It is currently a verbal agreement and I would like to have it solidified in a contract. Their only involvement will be funding the project. Does anyone have some good contracts they have used in the past for a similar situation?

I have yet to seek out any meetups. I’m hoping to find some from here.

Hello everyone! I am so excited to be more involved on the BiggerPockets site. There is so much to learn and I cannot wait to see where this takes me. I am primarily interested in single family and multi-family homes in Colorado and am open to other places as well.
