Let's say there is a situation where I qualify for an FHA loan but don't want to pay the down payment. Would a hard money lender be able to step in and pay the down payment? Especially if it's about a $140,000 home purchase. Would like your take on this hypothetical.

How do you start in real estate with no money down, no credit history and as an immigrant still in school?

Hey everyone I’m currently pursuing my masters in Accountancy at Case Western and plan to work in real estate tax at a public accounting firm in roughly two years.

I’ve developed an interest in real estate especially in the East Cleveland area. Especially interested in real estate close to the Case campus.

I’d like to work with an experienced real estate investor in an internship capacity if that’s at all possible.

I’m very new to the world of real estate and would love to have a more hands on experience before I start to deal with investors from an accounting perspective.
