Hi all, Just moved to Idaho Falls from Western North Carolina. Looking to meet up and connect with other real estate investors and contractors. 

I have been a licensed general contractor for the last 14 years. Have a lot of experience with new home builds from 200k to 1.2m and large remodel projects. . Built a few spec homes , flips and rentals. Looking for some projects anything from lots to buy and hold, multi family.

 Ryan welcome to BP. I am not far from you I live in Brevard. 

Find a local builders supply. Set up a contractors account. Take your time and pick the right sales person ,find one that you get along with. This goes a long way these guys and gals are knowledgeable in what they sale. The quality of materials is much better than what most big box stores have. 

Thanks Ryan, I lived in Jackson and Dubois Wy years ago. I have always wanted to get get back to that area. Cant afford anything in Jackson. Been doing research and Idaho falls seems to have a good economy and job market, plus close to Teton Valley.
