Hey Guys

Thanks so much for the wealth of information and guidance offered. A lot of solid advise. It's much appreciated. I've read through the Free e-Book, I still can't believe it's free. I've read through some of the blogs, another gold mine. And finally, the podcasts, a hidden gem for any newbie. I wish I'd found this site before I spent a cent on any real estate book.

I'll definitely stay connected to this site for years to come. Thanks again guys!

John

Hello,

I'm a newbie from Los Angeles. I'm so happy I found this site. Only recently I began reading up on real estate investing. I'm here to learn and hopefully form partnerships. My main problem is getting started. I've read eBooks on wholesaling and rent-to-own method. Not sure which method would be suitable for a newbie. Ideally I would want to focus my efforts here in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas. But I am open to going national if I have to. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I want to buyout a judgement lien against a property and I was wondering if anyone could give some advise as to how exactly yo do it. I am a newbie to the industry. Thanks in advance for your time.
