As a Canadian citizen, it is almost impossible for me to find a mortgage for the properties I am looking for in the Grand Rapids area.  This means I have to pay cash for the properties I am looking for but only have a limited supply of that at the moment.  I was wondering if anyone has experience with someone paying for the majority of the buy and hold property as strictly a silent investor.  If so, how would this be structured so that it is beneficial for the lender and for myself.   Hope this explains it a little better

Hi there

I am looking to get involved in buy and hold properties in the Grand Rapids, MI area but would like to partner up with investors.   Does anyone have any experience with how this could be set up so it is beneficial for both me and an investor?

Thanks
