@Solomon Rosenberg we are well versed in the str rules of Wilmington. They are currently being challenged in court and it’s my belief the rules will lighten up. My wife and I just closed on a second STR investment in July and we helped a client from Ohio buy and renovate in August so he could have a winter home in Wilmington NC to escape the snow. Even with pricing holding firm, our area continues to be attractive due to affordability as compared to big metro markets.

Local homeowners sued the City of Wilmington for the restrictions they have placed on property owners who wished to do Short Term Rentals. This is a big deal in NC and will set a precedent in other restricted NC cities. Our full service Team is seeking investment opportunity to expand STR holdings in our newly opened market in coastal Wilmington NC.
