SUPER excited to be newbie Pros and rookie investors. Just starting out and poking around at the information available. We own one duplex and are trying to learn and looking to scale our portfolio as soon as possible. We are currently looking at a WoW analysis and are wondering what "price new", "price active", and “price deactivated” means. Some columns are self-explanatory, however some we are unfamiliar with as rookie investors and new BP Pros. It would be helpful to have definitions or a way to search on the website. (We tried looking and didn’t find any information). Thanks in advance for any help or guidance!
