Looking for a reputable contractor in Joshua Tree! Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Thank you!

I know yucca valley and JTree are great but curious about the area of landers slightly north. Any one have experience here?

@Adam Kistler what areas do you recommend?

@Twana Rasoul Duplex is a bit out of my spending range in terms of a down payment. What options would you suggest? FHA?

@Dan Heuschele thanks for clarifying. The rent to property value ratio is definitely something I hadn’t really considered!

@Dan Heuschele I think you are missing the point by jumping to tell me I don’t know what I am talking about. The question was not whether or not I should rent out a property or will it cash flow. I was asking about the opportunity to invest in real estate in an area that has typically seen pretty steady growth as opposed to continue renting from someone else where the prices are comparable to a mortgage plus other expenses depending on deal.

I have been looking at a ton of places for rent in San Diego and the rent is ridiculous and typically less than just buying a place and paying the mortgage. Any thoughts on if it’s better to buy in San Diego than to rent right now?

@Gabriel Rodriguez do you live In Memphis or is this turnkey our purchased from San Diego?
