i am looking to invest using DSCR loan. Could you recommend a broker doing this type of loan in the chicago area?

Here is my situation. i got lay off a few weeks ago, this means i cannot but investment properties with conventional loan anymore. if i buy rental properties cash, how can i refi them if i do not have a steady income from a job?

I heard good things about Roselle, I am looking into northern Illinois but I am sure there are other interesting areas.
