Hi! What are some unique characteristics of the Chicago apartment rental market, that might surprise a transplant? Are brokers used to find apartments a lot, similar to New York? Are many of the rental units individually owned units, as opposed to large properties managed by one property management company? Thank you!

Looking to develop the land, and sell the lots to a home builder. Would need to get their input on lot sizes and count that they would be interested in.

Looking for something more modern, but with a touch of rustic or southern charm. Have an interest in a 4+ ac property about a mile outside of downtown Fort Worth. Just trying to get an idea of our options out there. Thank you!
