Wells Fargo holds my first mortgage on a rental and will do a HELOC on a rental property to 60% LTV. Rates and fees seem reasonable. I didn't have any luck with local banks or credit unions. Good luck! I

I don't see where anyone weighed in on a HELOC on a rental. For what it's worth, I have a first on a rental with Wells Fargo and they are willing to provide a HELOC on that rental up to 60% value. Good luck.
