I made a suggestion to a potential seller, to do owner financing. If the owner is interested, what steps should I take? Paperwork, lawyer, terms of mortgage ,etc...Thanks

Thanks for the response. The tenant was given an official 60 day notice that I wasn't going to renew the lease, in which was acknowledged and signed for. The repairs have been addressed, several of them were caused by the tenant.  The rent or the water bill hasn't been paid since October. I feel that my hands are tied.

My tenant put the rent into escrow because she didn't want to pay rent. The repairs have been made and now I am awaiting a court date on 23rd of Apr 15. The lease is due to expire on 15 Apr 15. I am being told by my property manager that we have to see the outcome by judge and then we can proceed with an eviction, which will take another couple pf months. Is that legal that the tenant can holdover past the expiration date for repairs?

Ok, please let me know how that goes? I am drawing blanks. Unless I buy a course for $700.00 to show me how to do it...

Does anyone know what agencies are good to target, to seek tenants for special needs housing?
