hi I am a 30 yr old contractor in Milwaukee area I had  gone to school for real estate  when I was first out of high school but never pursued it any further since this was in 2008. I am looking to start working with investors in Milwaukee to possibly trade my extensive knowledge of the construction and appraising field for the in person training of the investment and deal finding side of the buisness

I am looking to connect with investors in the Milwaukee area I have going on ten years construction experience but very little in the way of real estate experience . Is there anyone else out there who has traded skills for knowledge ? Im curious what investors would think of an arrangement like this

I am a 28 years old with some experience in the real estate market . I have never done a deal but am hoping to within the next year to year and half . I have over ten years carpentry and construction experience and have been on that side of houses but would like to see the other side of the buisness . I am interested in buy and hold and possibly fix and flips . If there is anyone in my area who would be willing to sit down with me or take just a few minutes out of their day to talk with me I would greatly appreciate it . I'm dedicated to this and have dreamed of being a landlord and a flipper since I was 15 . Any resources or info is appreciated or
