Yep! That's them! They're good people.

Hey Jeff. I was the last guy who posted before you did. Bay Management does seem legit, but I needed up going with NPG Property Management instead. They've done very well by me for my little row home in Port Richmond. I can highly recommend them after using them for almost 1.5 years.

@Chris Webb

Have you experienced anything yet? I'm probably going to moving in with my fiancee soon, leaving row home available to rent in Port Richmond. These guys' rates are extremely reasonable, but I can't find any landlord's reviews on 'em.

First investment property.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Listening to Norada Real Estate's podcast.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found on Norada's website. I used their advice and their network to get the deal done.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash and a 30-year conventional loan.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Make sure you hold the seller to rigid safety standards. The house needed a few safety-related repairs before I agreed to buy the place. Thank God for inspectors.
