Hi Everyone,

Glad to be here, and glad a resource like this is available for newbies like me! Read Brandon's books and am ready to start developing a serious gameplan, and put it into motion. A little about me- I'm from Point Pleasant, NJ (Ocean County). I own an e-commerce business that does well, but it's time to start diversifying and leveraging my money. Just from creeping around I've come to understand that the market in my area and NJ as a whole is harder for investors and that there is more opportunity over the bridge in PA/Philadelphia. It's about an hour drive for me but I have a very flexible schedule. Looking to learn from the experienced folks here and grab my first good deal!
