Hi Brent M. I saw your reply to the post about long distance investing and how you’re investing in Florida. I live in San Diego and am looking to invest in Florida also. Would love to pick your brain about the topic of you’re ever available to do so? Thanks mate!
Hi @brent m. I read a comment you made on the the “investing in out of state re estate forum” I’m currently living and working in California and am wanting to invest in Florida. I’d love to pick your brain and get some insight in your experiences if you have time. Thanks mate!

Thanks for the advice @Rick Stein I haven’t researched much about owner financing so I’ll look into it.

G’day guys, Being a non resident I’m finding it harder to get a conventional home loan, however it seems that hard money and private lending will be much easier. Should the higher interest matter if the deal is good?

Hi Bradley, thanks a lot for your reply. Yes there are a bunch of Aussies in LA, I'm one of them on weekends, my girl friend lives in west Hollywood which i see you're there too? Are you investing in south Florida?

Hey guys, so glad I found bigger pockets! I've learnt so much in a short time. A little about my self, I'm Australian but am based in the US for work. I'm all over, im currently in San Diego but am between Florida and NY. I've spent a fair bit of time in Fort Lauderdale Florida and would like to invest there. can I invest in US under the same terms given I'm not a resident ??
