So I’m going after the creative financing niche. I think that’s something I can really stand behind. Helping people sell the homes in a non traditional way in a tough market and put people into homes that through lease purchase who have a small hiccup on their credit or start up entrepreneurs. I would like to have a business card to hand people.

Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself. I’ve been studying for about 9 months and I’m ready to make moves. I’m an electrician licensed in mass New Hampshire Maine Connecticut Rhode Island but I have six kids but I have many electrical friends. Looking to break into the real estate business through creative financing and getting ready to start a business. Looking for some people in the south shore to connect with to help and be helped.
