You will find other wholesalers at these events as well as cash buyers so you can build up your cash buyers list. Use the BP events tab or meetup.com and you will find plenty of events. Good luck!

Hi, Everyone. I’m from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and I’m very interested in wholesaling RE. I’m a beginner that doesn’t really know where to start. I’ve read articles and watched videos all over the internet/YouTube and I think I have an idea of what to do but I haven’t figured out how to find buyers yet or how to write up a contract. Any advice anyone might have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
