Im in search of a successful mentor in the Omaha Nebraska area. See, I'm willing to help as I can just to learn the ropes to a successful real estate investment career. So advise and/or references to the essential professionals is welcome. Such as CPAs, real estate attorneys, and help finding tools to find leads on deals. 

Well, i am looking around for referrals for real estate attorneys(if required in Nebraska) and a reasonable place to get my business name stamped with a trademark/copyright. That's my starting point I've been stalling until I get more educated.

Im looking to start in the Omaha metro area. I'm currently tied up in electrical classes to gain my associates degree, and as far as real estate I'm reading a variety of top rated books to cover private lending, taxes, construction, flipping houses, and rental properties. Just trying to get as much education on the matter before I jump in. I refuse to fail.
