As a curious wholesaler, I want to get an idea based on people's experience of what is the most effective way to close a deal with the seller. Have you given off the impression that you were the actual buyer without mentioning your wholesaling business to close the deal? How has that worked? Or do you feel it is better to be honest an upfront with the seller that you are a wholesaler and you will be finding an investor/flipper to buy the property? Just want to hear from people with more experience on the subject than I.
