Good Afternoon,

Thanks so much for both responses. I will continue to monitor these forums for local meetups @John Warren while also checking on the Straight Up Chicago Investor's Podcast. 

Additionally, I would also love to explore the central Indiana market in the near future @Tyler Lingle once I am more clear of my strategy. Currently, I am only familiar with the Chicagoland area, but hopefully as my expertise and network expand, would feel more comfortable looking there as well.
