Hey everybody,

I've been listening to the BP podcasts, and reading a few of the recommended books from the experts, and I have realized how much I don't know. I am based in St. Louis, Missouri. I would like to invest locally at first and then possibly branch out and find long distance rentals. My goals are for now to supplement my income, but I want to be in a position in 5 years to be able to quit my day job and be a full time investor. With the resources BP has and the community itself, I plan to constantly learn and grow my network, and eventually be able to help other new comers earn financial freedom.

FUN FACT-- I'm a part of Missouri Mudders, and with the cashflow from rentals my wife and I plan to be able to go to events and enjoy off-roading and trail riding with our friends and family more often.
