Not sure what's relevant to disclose... I'm currently working full-time in the military (National Guard) as an Operations Officer and loving it. I don't yet even own my primary residence (which means my VA loan is still an option), but I am exceedingly interested in building my real estate investment portfolio. I've worked as a residential appraiser's assistant (2004), a commercial real estate agent (2006-2007), and a personal Financial Advisor (2018 to Present).
I am interested (I think) in flipping and long-term rentals, and would eventually want to get into NNN leased commercial real estate (to get that mailbox money). I have about $10k saved up (and growing) and about $1,000 in monthly discretionary funds that I want to put to work for me. I'm married with a couple kids and living in Southern California (San Diego).
I am excited to meet people. I know I have a lot to learn, and would love to partner with someone willing to hold my hand a bit. I have a wide array of knowledge, but need some direct real estate experience, and someone to help me put it all together. I have a knack for efficiency (once I know the industry), and love to teach what I know.
