@Andrew Evans

Do you have a property manager? Team lead?

I just don’t like the message this is sending to the children. I remember growing up in Long Beach in the early 80’s as a product of welfare and food stamps. I would get a new toy, play with it, then sell it and save enough money to buy something that I really wanted. It was never okay for me to lie, cheat or steal. These “activist” need to think about the long-term debilitating ramifications of their actions. Because it sounds like a group is condoning illegal activity in the name of “JUSTICE”. If you could spell justice with a BS

@Stone G. Are you sure you didn’t sign some sort of legal disclosure that absolves your home inspector of this sort of liability? I am guessing you did.

In my area home inspectors don’t go on roofs. They’ll look at them but they don’t go onto them. So I think that’s unreasonable too.

Same thing in my experience. If the roof is questionable, I get a roof inspection and or quote for repair

Recently purchased our first rental property and looking for a good CPA to help with taxes this year. Our current CPA is was pretty LEO friendly, which helps but recently increased his rates and charged me for an email reply. We are in Ca.

Any referrals or recommendations welcome.

My wife and I have a trip planned to Huntsville and surrounding areas 6/14-6/16 to meet some investors, realtors, PM. Have lined up a couple of meetings but would love to fit in as much as we can.

Trying to throw our hat in the crowded ring to see if we can find some properties that we can BRRRR. Properties with value-add potential.

Would love any contractors connections too.

Thanks in advance,

Ben Galetti

The meet ups are great networking but also a great opportunity to hear the stories of fellow investors. Im all about the journey

Let me know if I can be of any help!
