@Brent Coombs investor 2 has a proven track record. Investor 1 won’t enter a deal without investor 2. Investor 2, doesn’t need the other investor to acquire the property.

@Anna Laud investor 2 views it as well I have to pay double for you to manage it when we can hire someone else and we’ll both pay 5%. But thanks for your response!

Good morning, I saw 2 investors going back and forth about airbnb management fees. Both investors put in 25k and splitting all expenses 50/50. One investor said he’ll manage it for a additional 10%. The other investor thinks since it’s a expense it should be taken out of the profits, 5% and 5%, instead of him paying the full 10%. It’s a little confusing to explain/understand but I do get what he’s saying. What do you think?

@Gervon Thompson I would invest the 40k and pay down the student loans little by little with the cash flow. My brother in law makes great money but always payed his debt first, but for some reason or another he would somehow accumulate more debt and do the same cycle over and over. He finally told me I’m done paying off debt first, I’m going to invest the 25k I have. He’s in a better position now then he ever was. Great job though on having the discipline to save 40k, most people can’t do that.

Any investors who invest in condos in Mexico? If so how has it worked out for you? How does financing work there? Cancun, los Cabos, playa de Carmen, talum, puerto Vallarta? Is it worth it?

@Levi T. I was laughing myself! But man it’s like every time a guest leaves, something is damaged, I felt like it’s just something else I’m going to have to keep repairing or replacing. Might as well keep the $1100 in my pocket. It gets booked just fine without. Not really trying to make money off it, just want to cover repairs/replacing. There’s a laundromat right across the street my guest use, so either you want to walk across and pay or just pay here lol

@Benjamin Aaker

Understood, I’m not in the best part of town so I feel like putting them would be a bigger headache due to the guest damaging them. I was just trying to avoid the expense of having to repair them.
