Thanks! I eventually want to do buy and holds like you Nick. I'm going to be attending some REI meetings here in the area. Not sure if you guys go to those at all. Possibly a place to meet a seasoned vet in the business and other newbies to bounce ideas off of!

Hi everybody! My name is Benjamin Burns and I just got my real estate license recently!

I'm from the Twin Cities in the great state of Minnesota and currently with Keller Williams. I'm extremely interested in pursuing real estate investing and have been listening to podcasts, reading forums, the Ultimate Beginner's Guide, and other REI books!

I'm hoping to find an investor that I can do the grunt work (i.e. looking for properties, calling, driving, etc.) so that I can learn how the game works from a seasoned vet or someone who's had success in this game!

I look forward to following the forums, blogs, and everything that this site has to offer!
