I am currently looking for any opportunities in Washington State unless I see something great out here in Arizona. I am not to terribly crazy about Arizona, and want to move sometime soon.

Hello! I am pretty much new here and new to investing in general, but I am Benito. I am pretty eager and ready to begin investing into real estate and aim for that financial freedom. I am currently a software engineer working for a rather large consulting company, and love every minute of the work, but I do have an urge to achieve financial freedom through real estate. Anyway excited to interact with the community here as I listen to both biggerpockets and biggerpockets money podcasts pretty regularly at work. 

Hey everyone, was just wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a new investor wanting to do house hacking out in Washington State for a real estate agent. Wanting to start on this before the year is up.
