Hello, I'm looking for someone who can walk me through investing in real estate at a young age (currently 19). I will be in my second year of college this coming fall, and would like to invest some of my money in real estate. As of right now, I don't have any credit, and wouldn't be able to apply for a loan personally with my income or lack of credit. I have about $15,000 saved up, and was wondering if there were any options out there that could get me into purchasing a single family home in the $50,000 range that I could rent out. If not, I'm in the process of getting a credit card, and will start to build my credit. Thanks.
