@Chris Quinn Thanks Chris! I’m definitely open to single family and townhomes. My main goal is to find something conveniently located that I can use the rent from others to cover my costs, providing my son with free housing for the next four years. It also needs to be in a good location to attract other quality renters and have good resale potential after 4 years.

My son just got accepted to the Blinn Team program through Texas A&M in College Station starting Fall 2019.  I'm considering buying a 4 bed condo for him to live, and rent out the other 3 bedrooms.  Does anyone have any experience in this market?  Pros/cons, advice, contacts, etc.  Thank you.
