I didn't use the same agent. My first house was a town house 170k and my current house is 480k. I bought both of them to live in but I rented out the town house now. Thank you very much for you time and information. That was very helpful!

hi I'm just doing the leg work to put a team together. My question is should I negotiate the commission rate of the realtor? Or should I just pay the full rate? I have bought two properties before but never sold one yet. Just wonder what is appropriate percentage? Don't want to be a cheap skate but don't want to be take advantage of either. Thank you so much for your time!!
