Hey Everyone,
Newb here with my first post. Looking at taking another step forward and would love to hear opinions and advice on assembling my "team." I live in an area where the numbers don't work very well for small single to multi family properties (1-4 units) though this is where I want to start. Looking at primarily buy and hold. Wondering what members of the team are essential to be local to the area?  Obviously an agent, property manager, contractor, and handyman though am curious if others have found it advantageous to have a local attorney or others? What a journey this can be! Thanks everyone.
