Does anyone have a great recommendation for listing tenant-occupied real estate? I see tons of stuff on here about buying but little on selling. I have two properties on in Chapel Hill and one in Roanoke, VA.

Likely small as I am starting out. But if it was a small 4 unit apartment building that seems like it would fit. I am familiar with loop.net. I have not found another site that you can search opportunities. Zillow and other sites don't seem to have these listings.

buy and hold would be the plan. I would be looking in NC and southwestern VA.
