I think I decided to do a combo here. Take out a personal loan to supplement with cash I do have. Offer family a piece of profits in exchange for making the personal loan payments for 5 months. Thanks for suggestions!

So I am under contract for 230k on  property with arv around 370. Hard money is willing to finance purchase and rehab but I’ll need to bring 30k to closing. I don’t have 30k. Now what?

 That’s a great idea!

That’d be awesome. Can I get their contact info?

The property is in Laredo, texas

Need some suggestions. So I am under contact on a 6 unit apartment. To make things short, the plan was always to just hire property management and move on to find the next deal. We’ll I’ve found that nearly every property manager in the area has the luxury of picking the higher end properties to manage, so they keep passing on my potential property. I live 5 hours away… suggestions?
