Hi everyone,

My name is Ben and I am new to real estate investing. I spent the last few days reading the BP Book on RE Investing and am very excited to get started!

I split my time between NYC and Southern Florida, where my parents live. My father is a licensed contractor with 25 years of experience, and we are looking to BRRR properties together in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. We're primarily interested in SFH and multi family properties, and we're not afraid of properties that need a lot of work.
