Hello everyone, 

I am currently looking for a local investment group that meets weekly or monthly. I currently live in the Kissimmee area near Orlando Fl. Most REIA groups are only able to meet online, I would prefer to meet face to face. Any suggestions on where to look?

Thank you all for the suggestions. I will be sure to check those sites out to gather further information. 

Main reason for this is that I want to put in the work and learn the in's and out's of the business. Long term goal would be to find proper guidance through a mentor in my local area. I understand I have to add value before I can receive it, which is why I am extremely willing to assist with anything during my free time.

Hello everyone,

Looking at various entries into this real estate world. As I await for an approval from a loan officer, someone approached me and spoke to me about a nation wide program called DACA. The program is designed to help people purchase a home with the assistance of closing cost and down payments. I have tried calling and emailing them through the contact info provided on their website, but have not heard back. 

Can anyone here tell me more about this program?

Hello everyone! I am a Florida native, a 24 year old graduate student looking to take action. I have been listening to the BP podcast for about 7 months now and am truly fascinated with creating a legacy and serving others. Currently have been gathering information from books, the BP podcast/youtube channel, and asking questions to friends and family. After spending the past year saving money, I am looking for some assistance in acquiring my first property in the central Florida area.
