I concur with Shaun and Paul about the BP podcasts, they are engaging and I find the information really relevant. I've been mulling through the beginners guide today and it seems really comprehensive. Nick I'd be more then happy to talk to you sometime, it'd be great to pick your brain about properties in the cape (especially how your dealing with some of the new FEMA flood zones they've put into place). We had a closing this morning on a house in dighton, ma and now that's all out of the way ill be going to take time to explore the site and local events. Thank you for all the support and I hope to be able to offer some of my own in the future.

thank you Shaun and Justin for the feedback. I've heard about the REI meetings on the podcasts and I'm glad to know there some in my area. I'll have to get to one when I m not working ( I also work at night). But there seems to be alot of options in my area so I'll check them out. I'm often in Boston so it would be interesting to check out some of their REI events.

Hello my name is Benjamin,I am recently licensed real estate agent working out of Taunton, MA. I have been interested in the real estate industry since i was teenager and got my license this year at the age of 21. Figuring the best time to get into the industry is while i'm still young so i can learn and grow. I am planning to go back to school also to get my construction technology degree to learn some of the contracting parts of the business as well. Hopefully with a combination of my skills and education i can conservatively get into investing with some tools and knowledge under my belt.

I hope to establish a good track record and foundation early on, so i can soon start my own investment's as I build my own real estate business. Please if you have any tips or knowledge you would like to share i would greatly appreciate it, and ill will try to share my own limited knowledge when applicable.
