I just wanted to chime in and vouche for Jose real quick. He presented at the Stanislaus County Investors meetup last November and that was actually my first meet up I went to. Since then, I have utilized Jose a bit. However, my brother (who owns a plumbing business) has utilized him way more than I could and my brother constantly thanks me for finding Jose. 

With that being said, I would HIGHLY recommend you have him at your meeting as I think a lot of the strategies he presents are pretty useful.

Your guys' podcast is gold @Douglas Skipworth! I found it about a week or so ago and invest in memphis currently and have been kicking myself that I didn't find you guys' earlier! I reached out to Dean and hope to try to get something together with you guys here in January.

@Vu Nguyen I am in the same boat myself as I have had to many inquiries as of late so my credit has dipped. My initial idea was to wait out the inquiries and then try again but what company are you using to take care of these in a quicker fashion? They are really just speeding up the process in a sense so do you know what they charge?
