OK, I thought it wasn't right. I caught it this year and it was apparently wrong last year too which was the first year it was put into service. Will I have to file two amended tax returns?

I just had my taxes done and my CPA didn't take off the land value of the property and depreciated the total cost of the real property. I don't think this is right. Can anyone help me out on this?
