We have 2 SFH and 1 duplex and all the Tenants paid for March and April.

So far only one has lost his job but is still paying.

I was a volunteer firefighter for seven years before I moved out of the area. My goal is to move back to the area and rejoin the fire department. I miss going on runs, but it is nice have a little more time to focus on Real Estate. My wife and I have been doing Real Estate for five years now. We have two single-family homes and two duplexes. It is interesting to see all the first responders that are real estate investors.

I agree with you @John Underwood Facebook marketplace has been one of the best ways we have found for marketing.

I’ve been doing Auto Body most of my working life and am ready for something different. The paint fumes, on top of other things, in Auto Body work are getting to be too much for my health.

I already have two rentals properties going and, since I enjoy Real Estate, I have been looking into getting my Real Estate license.

I’m looking for a Real Estate Agent in SW PA that would be willing to sit down with me over a cup of coffee and maybe answer some of my questions.

I have done it on my house and a rental and combined them to buy another rental. So yes, it’s possible to do.

There is an 84 unit self storage facility for sale in my area and I know that if bought and managed correctly they can be a good investment. I’m seeking some advice on what to look for in my due diligence. Maybe some benchmarks or questions to ask to know if it’s a good deal or not. They are asking $450k and they’re claiming that the gross income for 2017 was $73k. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
