I have a 15 unit property in Chicago that is nearly fully occupied, with most tenants being CHA. The property is currently well-managed by a local management company. As I'm based on the East Coast and focusing on local investments here, I'm looking to sell this property

I'm seeking an experienced, honest broker who has a proven track record in multi-unit properties - if you have personal experience with such transactions in Chicago, I would greatly appreciate your insights and recommendations.
