I dont see any listing here and was checking if I should add Canada to my website - There are only about 1 or 2 website that has below market properties in Canada. Just wondering if it is worth my time to set it up.

Thanks

Hi Ryan- Yes I knew that, Im just making sure that there isnt any other surprise before I go full ahead with my website. Sometime you have to double check again and again.

Have fun in Vegas!!

Hello- Just wondering if anyone knows of any real estate internet website law? I just started an nationwide real estate internet business couple of weeks ago - (It is 80% done)and I bring buyers and wholesalers together. I only charged for subscription to view the address and contact information. Im just checking last minute to be sure that I have covered my rump and that there is no law against this. Im just a third party who is hosting the site for wholesaler to list their property and investor or homebuyers contact them directly.

hello everyone, great website! Hoping to find someone in Las Vegas to do business with. I used to be the bird dog working for 10 investors but it was very time consuming for me. I also had alot of homebuyers wanting to find nice home with equity in it but dont want to get involved with rehabbing stuffs. An idea was born, since Im a web designer also - I figured I can bridge the gap between homebuyers and investors. Im looking for buyers and sellers.
