@Dan Handford my goals are very simple. Time & financial freedom . I come from a Middle class family and know what it is like to bust your butt and still live paycheck to pay check, my mom is 60 and is still doing it where i have been fortunate to have great leaders & business fluent people in my 20’s who have impacted my life tremendously, they been mentoring me and guiding me into a future far greater than the one that has been repeated in my family much like many other families. They have taught me to think outside the box and never limit myself and i cant say that for anyone i grew up with therefore i would hope to be one who makes it out and can leave a path for the hungry ones with similar backgrounds to follow . In the future my past & present will be my motivating story and my goal is to have made it to a different quadrant that provides stability & security for my family & give back to my neighborhood creating programs that teach kids what the school system doesn’t not teach them .

@Sochima Eze Definitly starting in wholesale, the process seems like the best way FOR ME to learn from action with little risk . I do read alot and attend REI seminars and grasp knowledge everywhere i can so i do realize the tremendous amount of knowledge and confidence required to make an investment of that magnitude being a newbie. My motives are all in the right place and ive been getting amazing feedback from investors of all magnitudes and i am ready to knock my first deal out the park. Baby steps
