In need of some guidance. I am new to the real estate business, I am working on getting my license but i do have an LLC in place. I have a buyer that is interested on a property and would like to put in an offer. What type of form do i need in order to get paid a service/agreement fee for having the buyer or I'm i not allowed to do this type of transactions through an LLC In the State of Texas.
