That’s awesome! What states are you currently looking at? And sorry to hear your project is taking longer than expected. Our OK property was under contract for over 6 months... that was definitely eating into our profits so I know how it feels haha

Can I ask why you decided to start buying out of state? My husband and I are also investing out of state aside from California. Are you still doing both or moving strictly to out of state?

And yes! we have a unit that we are about to finish renovating and we are also worried about the Coronavirus affecting our tenant pool

Just came across this on the events page! Are you all meeting on a monthly basis? And are late folk welcome? I have a job that ends at 7PM, but would love to attend the meet up! My husband and I are currently investing in state and out of state in Oklahoma. Currently have one single family home in OK and would love to meet other like minded people going through the same out of state journey!

That's awesome that you are looking to invest in the area! My husband and I currently own 1 triplex in Apple Valley, and we have had this property for about 2 years now. We are currently renting out 2 of the units and living in the third unit as we are renovating it. So yes we are fairly new to the whole investing game but we are familiar with the area.

I love empowering women and I think we women can do anything! From real estate investing to doing the dirty work ourselves like the renovations!
