Hy everyone. I am looking for references for subcontractors(master plumber, electrician, framing, siding, drywall..) and also materials for new construction. Any idea or recommendation would be helpful.

Thanks!

Thanks @Adam D Rinehart, yes I understand, my concern in here is if there would be still room for benefits hiring a builder or they would take the most of it.

Is it possible as an investment, to buy a lot in Houston and build a house(or townhouse...)  by hiring a builder and still make decent profit or are prices already too tight? Any ideas, examples or references?

Thanks!

Hi @Henry Kahn I am also looking for builders for rental homes, open to options in here, if you could PM that would be great.

Hi @Mike Morgan I want to start a portfolio in Houston and would be interested in having an appointment with you in orden to see how you work. If you could PM me with your contact that would be great

@Cody L. that price in Montrose for 10 units it is really good, well done! I am kissing frogs but ready to save the prince(I changed the story a bit in here..;)

Thanks @Michael King! I established certain parameters for my strategy for investing to make sure I take the best possible decision.
