I heard about a property where a city is looking for proposals. They included “self-storage” as one of the types of businesses they’d consider. I would like to work with someone has experience in this to submit one.

@David Rogers I am considering this as an option as my first foray into RE investing.

I have a couple of questions:

First, what was the $20K for if you only needed $3,500 down?

2) if you were only netting $109/mo, how did you use money from the tenants to do repairs or re-invest?

Any stories I heard about travel nurses is that they make bank and can afford multiple houses, just on their income. So I say stick with travel nursing!
