Has anybody heard whether the properties were sold at a decent price during the auction in Feb? Were we able to auction all of the properties?

How far back do I have to read to find the info about "winners" having to turn in their "profits"?

Thanks

Hello again -

Does ANYBODY know whether the "winners" will have to return their "profits"?

I received a letter from Hays not too long ago and the account information was accurate. I am one of those who lost $$. I wonder about them "winners"? Did they receive a letter from Hays showing how much they owe? Are the "winners" being enforced to repay their so called profits?

Thanks!

Hello - before I make another foolish investment decision, I wanted to check with you to see if anybody has heard or done business with Club Freedom?

Some say it is a pyramid but many say it is not.

Thank you

How are you going to claim your loss? Just the principle or principle + return?

It may not be as easy to claim money from net winners. They might have already spent it. They will use the argument that they were not aware of PDP being illegal. How are we gonna squeeze blood out of them turnips??

I dont know if it would make any logic sense here but with millions of dollars in the bank drawing interest. Rather than taking our cut at 25 - 40% now, could we just leave the money in the bank as a group and let it draw at a higher interest rate for say three to five years? With millions of dollars in the bank, it would draw a lot more interest than we would ever with our 25% cut?

I am assuming that we all invested the money that we know we would not need immediately and could leave it in the bank for a bit longer.

Just an idea here...

As far as I am concerned, there are no net winners. Those with returns really have our principle money. It would be interesting to see how they would file their excess on their income taxes. I realize that some of them may have already spent or re-invest the money but the bottomline is that the money was not theirs to begin with.

I know it wont help any with this PDP but thought it may would help others for future investments.

When I was reflecting through my experience with PDP, I must admit there were few signs that I overlooked.

For instance, why would a company spend lavishly on brochures, give away nice pens, etc. and yet be using yahoo.com as their email system. A lot of sophiscated businesses would have their own server. It'd be more credible if PDP had their own email system such as [email protected] something like that.

Perhaps others could share few signs they noticed that would help us to be on the look out for future investment decision making.

Guess we all have to live and learn. Life moves on and this shall too.
