@Joel Belding it's Heights Cumberland Presbyterian, I know it well.  That's great, thank you!  Have you gone to them?

Hello all, after lurking around the site for a couple of months I'm finally introducing myself. I have read the UBG, many, many blog articles and posts and have listened to almost all of the podcasts, so much information, very valuable. Thanks so much to everyone involved in this website and community, you are all so helpful and knowledgeable. I am a System Administrator for an electrical distributor in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I purchased an SFH 13yrs ago as a buy and hold but wish I had kept the momentum and continued to figure out how to buy more because now in my mid 40's with meager savings and a large family to support, I feel like I have a lot of catching up to be ready for retirement in 20yrs. Long term investment strategy would be to have several rental properties and notes but I think I need to flip some houses to build capital for a little while. Thinking of starting with mobile homes to rehab because you can pick them up for a lot less than stick built in my area and there are a lot of first time buyers who can't afford more than $80-90k. Trying to partner with an RE agent friend and guy from work who used to flip houses, should be a good team to start with hopefully. If there are any investors in the ABQ area who have details on REIA groups, I would appreciate the info. Again, thanks so much for the website and all of the participation. I hope to contribute in the future.

That's a great video @John Fedro, thanks for sharing. Santa Fe, NM is just up the road from where I live. We have lived in and owned our double-wide MH for eleven years and we love it. We also own a SFH as a rental in Albuquerque but we bought the MH so we could put it on a nice large piece of land up in the high desert hills east of the city because we wanted the peace and quiet of the country. I'm just getting started in REI again after 13yrs since we bought the SFH and there seems to be pretty good opportunity in mobile homes here in NM.

Hello @Katharine Chartrand and @Nick Grieco, I would like to meet with either or both of you some time as well. I'm also new to BP and am trying to figure out how to get started in REI. I work in ABQ on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays if you find yourself down here anytime. Also, do either of you know of any good REIAs?

Thanks
