Hi, My name is Becky. I have been working in Advertising for 10+ years and I really need a change. I have been obsessed with real estate since I bought my first apartment in NYC 5 years ago.  Now, I'd like to go into business doing something I will actually love. Please DM me with any contacts - wholesalers, contractors, agents - that are flipping friendly. I'd like to build out my team.

Also, is it better to do this business in Bergen or Westchester? I can be flexible on where.
