What options are there for helping home owners in pre foreclosure? What are the pros and cons? How does the process work? I am currently a Process Server trying to learn a win/win for myself and the homeowners I encounter on a daily basis. I'm the one who tapes their foreclosure notices to their doors. I talk to them everyday in my area. Is it a win for me to help them stay in their home or just help them transition out with out a foreclosure on their record?
